Some of the things I'm guilty about are small..
Some a little bigger.

How can I stop feeling so guilty about things? Big and Small.

The best way is to really think about what you could have done differently, if anything. If it is something that you can somehow make up for, try doing that.
If not, and you just feel bad, try to let it go. Get your mind on something else.
But in the case of it being something that you could have done differently, apologize to the person and try to do better from now on. Sometimes talking things out can help to wipe the slate clean.
Realize that some guilt is legitimate and some is not. Whatever is complete nonsense, just let go of it.
Good luck and God bless!

Guilt is felt when you do something wrong. If you are always doing something wrong, then you will always feel guilty. Therefore, stop and think about your actions and the consequences of them, then learn from them. If you are doing nothing wrong, then why are you feeling guilty? Do not feel guilty for what is beyond your control. People choose their own paths in life. If you are not the cause of their misfortune, then stop worrying about it.

Guilt is a mechanism humans use to stop themselves from doing things that could hurt them or those around them.

so stop doing those things u feel guilty about and it will go away. gulit should not be ignored, its just part of the human defense mechanism.

if u ignore it, it'll stop having an effect on ur subconscious and u might end up doing things that arent good for you and u cud cause some damage.

Bambi, Our Father in Heaven,..gave us His beloved Son, as a ransome sacrifice, so that we can be forgiven of all of those things that we are guilty about....we need to all remember, that the Only perfect being ever to grace this Earth, was Jesus Christ...and He shed His blood, so that we all could be forgiven, because ALL of us our sinners, and, and we have ALL come short of the glory of God...so remember something, when you have asked God to forgive you, in Jesus's name, you can rest assured that you have been forgiven for those sins you did, and promise the Lord that you will try as hard as you can not to ever do those things again...this is part of life Bambi, we all sin and come short of the glory, no exceptions...so your sins are no worse than anyone elses...they are all the same...Just ask the Lord Bambi, and you will feel one hundred percent better,..remember,...don't let the Son of God's death, be in vain...God Bless sweetheart...take care x

Tell yourself that you forgive yourself, you are good, you will do good in the world. Repeat these things to yourself, mutter them under your breath, meditate to one or another of them. Don't let guilt over the past ruin your present and future. Guilt can cloud your life and force you into dark and gloomy places you never need to be.

Realize that everyone makes mistakes. You're suppossed to. That's how you learn. If your mistakes hurt someone else, go to them and try to make ammends. If they turn you away, you did try. I'd guess that you never did anything any worse than most of us. It's natural. Decide to let it go and you're on your way.

Just let the past be the past and learn to move on. I know its easier said then done, but if its small, you don't need to sweat it

Jesus is the one who forgives sins....He throws them as far away as the east is to the west....His word says He is faithful to forgive....we are guilty...none is righteous...no not one...so all the good things we think will save us are no good...just the Righteousness of Christ ..only...He is the healer....
