Have you been diagnosed with the flu or do you just think it is the flu? If you have not been diagnosed, you need to go to the ER or the doctor to get a flu test. I work in a hospital and alot of people have been coming in with flu like symptoms, but it is not actually the flu. If it is not the flu, you may need antibiotics, or a homeopathic remedy. If it is the flu you may need to take tamiflu, which needs to be taken in the first 24-48 hours to be effective. Good luck and get well soon. The reason you feel that way is because the flu is effecting every part of your body all at once and it is too muck to handle.

I think so. Make sure you take good care of yourself, people under-estimate the seriousness of the flu. Can be fatal at times especially if you have other illnesses. I had the flu for about a week and a fever for about 3 or 4 days which is way to long, my mom kept telling me to go the emergency room but i didn't. That was 3 years ago. Get some viatamin C

This is not the necessary full force...all flus have different extents and magnitudes. You should contact your doctor if not a hospital immediately. Trust me, it is best to be on an antibiotic and at least hear what the doctor has to say. I have had several flus of different magnitudes. Drink plenty of fluids in the mean time and do not over exert yourself. Feel better!!
