Every time is a deluded era. Every successive generation benefits from hindsight, and can look down upon the past generations for not knowing what seems perfectly obvious.
Now, I don't want to be a jerk, but I really like how we might be the "diluted era." Only half as intense as most eras.

Atheists are slaughtered for the time of the international. the only problem all the 5 significant religions interior the international have, except believing there's a hereafter, is that each and each and every one atheists are valueless and in a lot of cultures will be placed to death. the way you imagine, act, and stay is your employer. i do not imagine you'd be venerated for something related to your atheistic beliefs. If all and sundry will be giggling, that's going to likely be believers giggling at you for your "previous" beliefs. each and each and every time empires have fallen far flung from a "god/God" or "faith" it has crumbled--like the Roman Empire, The Soviet Union, the early Christian church homes grew to develop into far flung from God and generations were wiped out. keep on believing and also you'll stew on your own lack of know-how.

rofl. I think you mean deluded. Diluted is when you add lots and lots of water to a tiny bit of salt.
No, I think people are going to laugh at this time like we were in the stone age. Just like we do the same for people in the Middle Ages.

The "Diluted Era"? Will there be much less water in the future or something?
Atheism and reason will survive for all time, but I think it's reasonable to say so will theism and irrationality, so long as we remain human. These traits are in our genes and religous nonsense isn't their only product.

Thats your problem. You want to be HONORED. For what. Not believing in anything. Anyway the population has always gone through the rollercoaster. I mean its called college then real life. Where you let these moments take you is your call.

I doubt it. Atheists don't tend to have many kids. Religious people tend to have kids. We will outnumber you more in the future. You can't have future atheist teenagers laughing at the past if you don't produce teenagers now.

I'm sure that eventually today's religions will be laughed at the same way that ancient religions are today. Whether or not we'll choose to call this period of time by a certain name I'm not sure.

It is only my business whether I am deluded or not, or whether I enjoy being deluded.
My God and His Son, Jesus the Christ, have made a hugh change in my life for the better.
