As long as you meet at some place in public and STAY there, do not go anywhere else. Let someone like a friend know where you will be and what time you will be there.
Oh, make sure you are over 18 y/o.

I met the love of my life in the Internet! We are a couple for a year now and he is everything to me! But for sure that doesn't mean that everyone you meet in the Internet is honest! On the other hand, who guarantees that the people we meet everyday (not in the Internet) are trustful? The point is that we must ALWAYS be careful!

I was lucky and met a wonderful lady that I will be marrying next May on the internet. But I must say that I also met a lot of losers and users on line also. Anyone can be anything of anybody they choose to be on line so one must be careful as there are a lot of people who embellish the truth. So although you do hear of some stories with fine endings you hear more tales of lost hearts.

Personally, I don't think it's a good idea to meet people on the internet. It's extremely dangerous.

sure there are good people on the net but when you meet anyone from the net you should be with your parents if your a minor and if your a adult use great caution and get to know the person the best you can in advance .but yes i have made some nice Friends on the net !

HECK YES!!!! i met my hubby in a chatroom on internet called paltalk..a free chatsite...which by the way is awesome chat site...i was in kentucky he was in canada...i moved here a year and a half ago...its been the absolute best year and a half of my life...ive never been happier...but still all the same u need to be careful...never meet alone...talk to him/her on the phone..and more than once...try to see them live on cam if they have one...pics can be fake..i have found that out the hard way..but yes i know for a fact u can find love on the internet...i did and im happier than ive ever been my entire life...hes the best thing ever to happen to me

Sure! I've had four wonderful experiences meeting people in person that I talked to. In each case they were much better than they described themselves on here. I would not hesitate one minute, after I knew them well from talking, and getting to know them.

i was 15 and a guy claming to be 19 (actually 26) was trying to get serious with me, and even asked me to marry him. IT IS NOT SAFE TO MEET PPL THROUGH THE INTERNET....just saying the facts

I dont see the problem with meeting one online. Tho I'd have no desire to meet in person. My opinion is, 'Why ruin the illusion?

is good to meet someone on the internet coz you have someone to talk to and share with if you trust him/her. but is suck when you meet each other and both of you are not expecting the one you thought about her/him.
