When I went to Paris, I didn't notice that the women dressed much different than here in the states (if that is where you are from).
A few things I did notice though are:
-They don't wear mini skirts as often as the girls do here.
-I didn't really see any women in shorts (aside from obvious tourists)
-Nothing baggy...everything seem to be well-fitted, even t-shirts.
-I didn't notice any flip-flops either.
But, once you are there you will not care what you are wearing....you will get swept up in the beauty of the country.

If you dress decent... you can get away with anything in Paris and I noticed that the crazier you dress, the better!

If you have a body then wear a see through top and short skirt with a thong under. If you kinda fat and nasty like most american women just wear a sweat suit.
