I'd think so, I love the whole dark hair and light eye combination.

In my opinion, it depends on your skin tone. If you have light skin, the effect of the dark hair framing the face with piercing blue eyes at the center can be quite striking.

Yea, it'll make them really stand out. I'm a natural blonde and went dark brown and I noticed my blue eye's the most. However, the up-keep on having dark hair is insane.

I think so because many blond people have blue eyes and it is refreshing to see it on someone else. This girl at my school has blue eyes and dark brown hair and it is absolutely gorgeous!

In my opinion, I think dark brown hair will, but I think it enhance green eyes better. Black hair definitely makes the blue eyes pop out more.

YES. i know this girl that has dark brown hair and clear blue eyes and her eyes really stand out n its soo pretty..also wear dark eyeliner

Yes it will. The contrast will make you look more exotic. Blonde people often have blue eyes so we glaze over them but dark hair blue-eyed people get more noticed

yeah it will, or you can try blande hair which definently will and is sooooooooooooo hot! But black, dark brown, and blonde are definently the best colors. What i'm saying is, yes...dark brown will enhance your eyes!

nope but it will help your blue eys pop and show it more is beautiful but dont go to dark if your skin is pale try a natural ask brown
