I'm trying to come up with a spice for every letter. So far, I have Anise, Basil, Cayenne, Dill, and so on, but I keep coming up blank for E. Can anyone help?

In the superstore, fruits are usually selected far too soon. Some are rocks, many are wrong. Some of the fruit and vegetables are typical right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.

Epazote. It's a Mexican herb that you can cook in your beans that takes the gas out. I use it in my beans. It's great!
