Join the new world of re-discovered diseases! my docs knew nothing of M. I had every symptom (except hair loss). My docs thought they were unrelated and I was treated for each symptom.... During the barrage of drugs, ALL symptoms went away, It was the worst time of my life... I've done all the websearching and read about all the 'cures'... Mine may have been unique, but I am symptom free for a year now.

Feel free to contact me privately for my whole story.

I had never heard of this until you posted your question. Thank you, a fascinating disease. I'm not surprised that your doctor knows nothing about it -- few doctors do. It's only been since June of this year that the CDC launched investigative research into it. From what I've come across so far, there is a Nurse Practitioner, Ginger Savely, who is considered something of an "expert" on Morgellons disease and has a practice in San Francisco.

No I have never HEARD of Morgellons Disease.

Print the information for YOUR doctor. That is the ONLY way to get your points across!

Other than that, get into see a specialist. One that deals with skin diseases etc.
