I'm 15 years old, 5'1, and I weigh 105 pounds. How can I get my weight down to 100 pounds? Thanks for your time.

There's no trick to it, you just have to eat healthily and exercise every day for 30 minutes. EAT HEALTHILY..! Dont skip meals, that makes you fatter because your body feels threatened with the decrease in energy being taken in, so it burns less calories and saves more up to avoid you running out of energy. Also, make meal proportions smaller. And dont do this all suddenly..! On the first day, eat like you normally do, but have a healthy dinner, and 10 minutes of exercise. And eventually increase this pattern day by day, to prvent your body going into shock.

First always eat at the correct time.
Breakfast- 6:00am-10:00am,
Lunch- 11:00am-2:00pm, and
Dinner- 6:00pm-10:00pm.
Of course don't eat for that long, this just gives you a time limit of when to eat your meals. Also eat a lot in your meals, good food, but a lot, just so that you don't get hungry after 30 min.
A lot of little snacks gives you more weight. I am French and my whole family is skinny because we eat a lot in those three meals. NEVER eat lots of little meals, all of those calories build up on each other because you are always hungry, and you gain weight really easily. You can also eat a little snack at 4:00pm if you want. But make sure it's healthy like a fruit or fruit juice. Then exercise at least 5-30 min a day. Or 30 min a day, three times a week. That wil help u lose some weight. Remeber, if you wanna get stronger- smaller weights, longer time. If u wanna lose weight- bigger weights, smaller amount of time. Also make sure you drink a lot of water. Never drink diet pepsi's and pops. The diet kind has fake sugar that makes you fatter. So always drink original pop, OK!

I'm 14 1/2, 5' and 105 pounds. I ask everybody the same thing, and they get mad and say that im obsessive. But if you really want to know, the trick is a fast metabolism. Have 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals, and drink A LOT of water.
Also, I don't know if this works, but I found that if I always chew gum, I forget about eating so much. I'm not starving myself, I just don't eat as much as i usually do

You are young and your weight is totally normal. I don't want to encourage you to diet because you could develop an eating disorder. Instead of focusing on losing weight, maybe you could set a goal to gain some muscle mass? I'm not talking about huge muscles, just some muscle tone and added strength. The more muscle you have, the more calories your body will burn. Plus, the exercise will boost your self-esteem and release endorphins which make you feel good. Be strong! Resistance training and weight-bearing exercises are good for your bones, too. You want to have a strong and healthy body for a strong and healthy life.

Good luck! I wish you well!

Get plenty of exercise. I have heard that your metabolism stays high several hours after rigorous exercise.

Watch your calorie intake. Also, drink plenty of water.

For my part, I wouldn't worry about weighing 105 pounds at 5'1". There is such a thing as being too skinny!

5 lbs really isn't a big weight loss. Try changing what you eat. Not drastically, but little things. If you eat a salad, use less dressing or get light. Don't put cheese on burgers and other things. Also, try eating 6 little meals a day instead of 3 or less. That works for me!
Good luck!
