It should help!

Remember to concentrate on form when you execute the crunches (exercise your body, NOT your ego).

Monitor your body once you really get into your cardio workout (tired between workouts? Stale/no motivation? Maybe it's time to get some more rest between workouts/change it up a bit).

Remember to STRETCH after your cardio sessions (you'll be setting yourself up for injuries over the long haul, if you don't).

you can get them but in order to SEE them you have to have a BMI of 6-12%.

You can find out your BMI by visiting your doctor or going on this website:http://health.discovery.com/tools/calculators/bmi/bmi.html

For kids aged 2 through 19 years old, check the CDC's calculator for Child and Teen
