Is she teething because my son would get really bad diarrhea and diaper rash when he was teething.

My kids did that whenever they were teething - maybe give her a little pedialyte to help prevent dehydration. For the rash, there's tons of over the counter rash creams, or, if in a pinch, even Vaseline will help keep the acid from diarrhea off her skin and help ease the irritation (rub the Vaseline on the skin - I'm sure I didn't need to tell you, but there's some people, you never know)!

If she is eating solids feed her some bananas and that should help with the diarehha. If she has had it for a couple of days then she may be getting a yeast infectionfrom having all those pooopy diapers. try some yeast infection cream and see if it clears it up.

For Diarrhea, the B.R.A.T. diet Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast. Avoid apple juice, peas, peaches, pears, prunes. Use diaper rash cream on the rash and make sure her bottom is completely dry before putting the clean diaper back on.

at 8 months old, she is eating some type of solid baby food.......mix up a little bit of rice and add this to her food.......this will not constipate, but will help bind her poop. Rice is natural, so there is no real risk in this as most baby food has rice anyway. Oat meal is another binding agent.

Go see your DOCTOR!!! Stop wasting time on this silly internet exchange. Your child could dehydrate and perhaps be experiencing something terribly wrong. Better safe than sorry.
