Im 14 5'6" 168lbs.I use to run everyday but then it got cold out and it still is.I have tryed to eat healthy and still am it is goin ok.Is there any other way to loose like 60 before summer 2007?I would have tryed before school is out (June 18th) but I heard its hard enough to loose 10 pounds a month and if i could that would be exactly 60 pounds but since its difficult im gonna try before summer.Anybody have any idea's to help me?And when it gets warmer out I will start running but since it is cold I need a different way.

At 5'6, you need to be closer to 120-140 lbs, so if you lose 60 lbs, you will be a little 108 lb stick with no muscle! It sounds like you like to be in shape, and that is good, but just make sure that your goal is realistic.You might even grow taller since you are so young, so your ideal weight might increase.

As far as reaching your goal weight, try a community recreation center. They are cheap, and a lot of times near schools. You could get public transportation to get you there, and they have lots of exercise classes that are indoors...

do some indoor exercises such as sit-ups,push-ups, jumping jacks or join the indoor track team or any indoor sport you might have at your school. drink plenty of water and especially eat a healthy vegetarian diet. try to eat more raw vegetables with fruits nuts and whole grains. never eat meat, dairy or especially cheese http://www.notmilk.com

its in the diet...calorie count...if your trying to lose it fast....take in 800-1000 calories per day and up it by a little, if your exercising... Treadmills are great and the more active you are, the more your metabolism will increase.
Don't starve you're self though.
