I'm not a fan of either concept but I think you need to go back to the drawing board here. Communism is far more complex than what you are describing. I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to assert here but you need to have a better idea of the two concepts independently before you compare them.

Chrisitianity and Communism are two completely different things, and can not be compared in the way you are talking about. It's like apples and oranges, and not at all equivalent.
Also, Marx's communism never materialized. The so-called communist countries like USSR, China and Vietnam had mainly arigultural economies and not the industriesl based economies which is what communism is supposed to base upon. Also in pure communism form, there will not be one supreme ruler. That's called a dictatorship.

i'm unsure why Christianity is being given as a results of fact the instant answer via lots of folk right here. Islam became initially unfold via war, and has been propagated via stress on the grounds that its inception. evaluate the background of India, northern Africa, Italy, Greece, Palestine, Spain and Portugal, and so on. to not point out the present circumstances interior the Muslim worldwide places interior the middle East. i'm unsure we would desire to continuously evaluate the Abrahamic religions via this common. All 3 are sourced from the Pentateuch, it somewhat is the different bloodiest literature ever written.

Excellent point, you are close to the actual facts. The "spiritual" underpinning of the philosophy of Marx and Engels is that of Society as the (Jewish) Messiah. In this way it it is an imitation of the Jewish Messiah, but not the same thing. The society as Messiah concept has been proven to be deadly in the last century as the "proletariat" physically fight the "bourgeoise" wherever the leaders of communism believe these exist. Christ however said our battle is not against flesh and blood but the principalities and powers of darkness. Anyone engaging in killing a fellow human being for any reason whatsoever is in effect committing murder.

You need to re take some classes... your understanding of communism is off.. As for understanding The Truth of The True Christian Faith...No one who is not open to the leading of The Holy Spirit has any hope of understanding. Unless The Holy Spirit is working on you there is nothing for you in The Christian Faith...so... you need not be concerned with it... if you leave the Christians alone they will leave you alone.... you need be only concerned with man's laws... not God's Laws

Christianity is NOT AT ALL like communism. I don't know of a tyrant or dictator who willingly gave his life for his people or for all of mankind. We are all equal in the sense that Christ died for us all, but believers are blessed with various spiritual gifts that make us each unique and different. Also, Christianity is a choice, God gave each of us free will, Communism is NOT a choice. Look what happens to those who disagree with it.

No sir, try reading the bible.
In christianity people are not equal in all things, there is a concept of rewards. We are equal in that which we are equal but unequal in that which we are unequal and that is allowed to be.There is no forced equality as in communism. There are different functions for people and some are accorded more honor than others.
Communism is atheistic and responsible for the killing of millions of millions of Christians.

Actually the one similarity I can see is that both systems discount the worth of individuals. Communism wanted workers committed to the state and only the state, to the sacrifice of all else. Christianity wants faithful committed to Jesus and only Jesus. Not a lot of difference.

To Link 955: There are VOLUMINOUS differences... Jesus washed the feet of his followers, showing his humility. Do you really think Lenin, Stalin and Mao would have done that for their followers? Jesus taught his followers the Lord's PRAYER (forgive us our debts as WE forgive our debtors - lead us NOT into temptation...deliver us from evil) did Lenin, Stalin and Mao do that? Jesus gave women authentic status (acceptance, honor, protection)...do you think Lenin, Stalin and Mao did that? Jesus suffered (submitted himself to) the children..did Lenin,Stalin or Mao do that? Jesus came for the express purpose to DIE, to shed his blood so that man, again, would have access to God and his goodness...do you seriously think Lenin, Stalin and Mao would do that? NO, they wanted one thing...POWER , power to lord it over those who had treated them badly or had taken advantage of them - anyone who had wronged them in any form. They took an uneducated farmer who knew more about farming and sent them to gulags or Khazikstan and those who were sent to the collective farms knew NOTHING of farming and USSR had famine for many years due to this stupidity, and MILLIONS died. Communism sent the inteligencia and military leadership to insane asylums or shot them on the spot...thus when Germany attacked USSR they had no leadership to show them HOW to fight and thousands died. Due to their "revolution" and ignorance, they had no industry to make guns and bullets for soldiers to use...America sent them thousands of tanks, trucks, guns, ships, etc, via the Lend Lease program and in the meantime thousands of soldiers died. YOU MISS THE ENTIRE POINT...Jesus came so that everyone would have LIFE (their existence and soul energized) and have it MORE abundantly (plentifully, richly). LIFE is not only for the elite, the intelligent, the wealthy, but for ALL of us regardless our status. Your ignorance of both scripture and Marx is glaringly exposed. The type of life Jesus brought was to incorporate goodness and peace into All lives. When discussing important subjects you must understand and experience BOTH writings before you are qualified to draw conclusions, otherwise you only express judgment from your inner self and experience.

It's similar in philosophies with regard to equality, but not in it's view of theology.
Communism is against Theism and Theism against communism.
