I think there is a clear message here for you....
There is no excuse good enough or reason good enough to not call your girl.....
Do you celebrate the Xmas holiday? did you exchange gifts?????
If you celebrate and he didn't send a gift, another red flag is waving in the air....
I don't think you are his gf anymore.. looks like he split......
Well, it is New Years, get on the phone and make some plans with friends. Invite yourself along and do not sit at home and fret..
Your new year will start off with you getting real with yourself and moving on up to someone better.....

That happened to me, my GF didn't call on Thanksgiving.
When she came back to school, I didn't speak to her.
