i swim for 2 hours atleast thrice a week just to get into shape. i've lost a LOT of weight but i stopped swimming for a week and i feel bloated!! how can i get rid of the bloated look and how can i maintain my weight once i stop swimming? i will eventually stop swimming once i get off vacation because then i won't have time and i will switch over to jogging and walking to stay fit. will all that weight come back?
help plz!

You probably need to drink more water, and as longas you kep active, and use as many caloriesas you consume, the weight should stay off. Congrats on the weight loss!I've managed to drop 4 lbs over the past 2 weeks. :-o (50 more to go)
