This talks about such things as evolution, dinosaurs and other such controversial things that have arisen in modern science. Explain some wrongs in science that you believe in. Thank you for all your answers. I'd love to argue with all of you, too bad I can't. Oh well.

The big ones are going to be:

Where did the singularity the big bang happened from come from (an erroneous understanding)

How could a cell just spontaneously evolve (evolution has nothing to do with the origins of life -- that's abiogenesis, whole other field)

How is it that our planet is a perfect distance from the sun? (faulty understanding of gravity & weak anthropological principle)

If evolution is true, why are there still monkeys? (ignorance of how evolution works, ignorance of the origins of the hominid lineage)

How did this all come to be? (Unwillingness to research, unwilling to accept 'we do not know yet' as an answer, arrogance in believing that we have all the answers -- just that some answers are 'God')

But the second law of thermodynamics proves evolution is false so god must be true (misunderstanding of second law of thermodynamics, misunderstanding of evolution, strawman arguement [even if evolution IS false, there are still other non-deific explanations])

The list goes on.

I have an extreme deep belief in what is a deity or supernatural. My belief is so strong becasue the deity has such love it crosses other religious boundaries. For example: the fate of your afterlife no-way depends on the criteria of belief. An Athiest, Muslim, Christian, etc... who cares about others will be rewarded in some type of "heaven." .
There is also no contradiction with evolution or dinosaurs.

i believe that God and science go together. i believe that God exists and was always there. a great philospher aquinas argues that everything happens in series like fall winter than spring. well there has to be the first cause to this series which is known as God. if there wasnt a first cause there would be no last cause. The first cause being God whom started the series of the world. what makes me believe in God is that well some thing smarter than me had to make us. i read somewhere that if people were to recreate the human eye exactly how it is and works it would take 1000 years for any image to be seen. but we can see images in less than a second. i went out and learned about other faiths. but the one faith that i could feel was GOds love. Gods love can really be felt if u seek it. the whole thing about people evolving from monkeys doesnt exist anymore in science. its just that we are from a similar blue print but humans did not progress in a linear line. and thats science. if u want to chat more my yahoo im is letmeholdu2233.

A greater being or power had to make our universe and all that there is. I can feel the Holy spirit within and "see" all that a life can be when they have God in it totally. I give my life to God is how much I believe. I am not ashamed to tell the world about God and his love for all of us. Wrongs in science? Well, scientists have many answers to science but still search for the biggest one and that is to have "proof" of a higher being responsible for all the universe etc. however, God is beyond all science, and those do search for they feel there is more. Evolution? to me and what I know from god's word is that it is a "theory" and I do not add words or anything to the holy Book oustide of that that is said in the bible.. Thanks for asking!

I find nothing wrong with science. I believe in my God and evolution. Whoa scary for most on here because people on here just sterotype everyone into their bubbles so they can kick them. Anyway I do believe in God very much I mean a lot. Like its a lot.

Hey guys it's me. The guy who asked the question. I personally don't think any of these topics are controversial at all. It seems like it I know. But they are controversial to Christians. I am not Christian but atheist. Just an FYI.

I have studied the bible and science for many many years. I have not seen a conflict. The bible talks about dinosaurs and we have proof of their existence. I have studied evolution and I have not seen proof of it, not in science or the bible. What atheists fail to acknowledge is there are many scientists that do not accept evolution as fact!

I believe in God enough that I would die rather than deny His Holy Name
I put no trust in mans wisdom..but place all of my trust in my heavenly Father. without God, all is chaos and confusion...
God is a God of order and timing.. this is clearly seen in all of Gods creation. The evidence of Gods existence is evident in nature...mans attempt to figure out the ultimate wisdom of God whom told the seas that its borders shall not pass His commandment and caused the earth to rotate on its axis, that feeds the sparrows and the lions alike, and speaks to the souls of men.....mans attempts to understand Gods wisdom results in foolish theories and a tired mind... nothing more. If you truly seek the truth, seek Gods wisdom not mans.
