may have to reboot

also when when did you last defrag or scan disk?

start
my computer
right click - on C drive
left click - on properties
under GENERAL tab - click disk cleanup
under TOOLS tab - click error checking
then - place a check in both boxes - click start
under TOOLS tab - click defragment now
then click analyze
then click defragment

do this at least once a month!

Dont know about mac but windows is pressing control alt delete at the same time. You can also hold the power button for about 10 seconds (slow seconds) and it will turn off

If your computer frequently freezes, it might be time to check for currupted registry keys and programs. You may even want to check for dust on the CPU fan as the dust may block airflow to the CPU cooler which will cause the CPU to overheat and and freezes the computer.

Just reboot it. But not too many times. If you do, your computer might stop working completely.

I kick the holy crap out of mine. It doesn't normally work but it does release a fraction of my pent up aggression.
