It's best to get your puppy checked out. And, please, use something other than D-con. When mice eat it, they die slowly and painfully from internal bleeding. I've had great success with this trap in my house:
http://veganstore.com/index.html?stocknumber=266
I've caught over ten mice with it so far. Yes, it's $12, but it can be used over and over indefinitely. Or, you can try making the free homemade humane trap described here:
http://www.helpinganimals.com/wildlife_livingWithMice.asp
If you do live trap mice, please be sure to check the traps several times a day and release the mice promptly, approximately a mile away from your home. It is much more cruel to allow a mouse in a live trap to slowly starve to death than to kill it quickly with a snap trap. Also, if you use the live traps outside, put a little bedding (paper towels or cotton balls) inside the trap so the mice won't freeze to death during the night. When you release the mice, do it in an area with some sheltering bushes or plants. If you are a kind person, you might also leave a little bird seed or oatmeal for them.
The absolute cruelest traps are glue traps. Mice have been known to gnaw off their own limbs and tear off their skin in an effort to escape, as they starve or dehydrate to death or suffocate in the glue.
Good luck, and I hope your puppy is okay!

Yes, you should be worried. Please take her to the vet ASAP. The artive ingredient in d-con and other products like this is called warfarin. It prevents the adsoption of vitamin K in mammals, including rodents and dogs, and leads to death.
Even a small quanity can kill a dog. It is a slow, horrible death--you won't notice any sickness for several days at least. It is often too late at that point to reverse the disease. Take the dog to the vet NOW for treatment.
If you are far away from the vet or aren't going to take the puppy at all, at least give it hydrogen peroxide to make it vomit. Just pour a few ounces down its throat and wait a moment. Give more if the dog does not vomit at this point.

i would call a vet immediately. the vet will be able to tell you what to do. in the meantime read the back of the d-con package. does it say anything about pets that ingest victims of d-con? they may even have a number to call for more info---i don't know.
if you can't get to a vet, monitor your puppy's behavior. is the puppy alert and playful? if so, he or she may be ok. i'd search the internet for more info.
for the long term---get rid of the d-con. if you have mice, as i do, use mousetraps. d-con is only for people with no pets or small kids to get into. because you need to remember--a puppy or a dog for that matter will try to eat no matter what they come across and they wouldn't hesitate to gulp down a whole tray of d-con.
best of luck to you--post some additional info to your question to let us know how the puppy does.

Definitely get that puppy to the vet right away.
If it doesn't get sick from the poison it could get sick from the mouse itself.
Call the vet to see if they want you to induce vomiting before you get there. If your vet is closed they should leave a number for an emergency clinic. Call the emergency clinic and tell them what happened. Have the puppy checked out right away!

You should be concerned about anything that your puppy eats, however, this happened to a lady that adopted a puppy from me, and we rushed it to our vet right away. The vet guaranteed us that the pup couldn't get sick from it, although he dewormed it again, to help it get rid of any residue. This was three month ago and the pup is doing just fine.
You have to be extra careful, especially with puppies, they get in things they shouldn't, often, and quickly.
