Any fun [legal] free things to do in Los Angeles with friends? We are all 17 so we need things that we can do that are fun but not babyish.

Venice boardwalk, Santa Monica beach area, maybe some museums (LACMA?) have a free day?

Free is a relative term.
Someplaces like the beach or CityWalk may not have admission fees, but you will still need to pay for parking, not to mention gas.
Try 3rd street Promanade in Santa Monica or the Pier.
Venice Beach Boardwalk.
Hollywood Boulevard.
Griffith Park, don't forget the observatory, newly refurbished.
Any hiking trail.
May museums have one day a week where admission is free.

massive thumbs all the way down to the guy that placed up a similar answer repeatedly.. party scene? right here??? I honestly doubt that you're on the "A" record to also be considered to be in that crowd. a good number of stuff to do in the different case.

walk in hollywood, you will see some of the weirdest people there, just dont go at night.
