When the Israelites were still God's people they used to stone the bad ones to death.

The Catholics ex-communicates but not really actively, they are losing church goers already.

Muslims will kill the bad ones.

Hindus and Buddhists, accepts anything so you can never go wrong with a religion like that.

There may be others, but I know that Mormons and Catholics do, although they are not so strict as the JWs. JWs are prevented from even having a conversation with those who are disfellowshiped.

many others, often its called excommunication, though. However, the JWs seem to use it as a method of making people do what their religious leaders tell them to do. here was a case here, a few years back where a whole family and all their friends were disfellowshipped because one teenaged girl refused to drop rape charges against one of the church leaders. The man was convicted, but the family still is not allowed back in the church.

there are occasional individual churches but I have never known a denomination to advocate this even though it is a Biblical order.
