Put your back foot on the tail and your front foot on the middle of the board. Then you want to push the tail of the board down and slide your front foot tworads the nose of the board. Level the board out in the air and then bend your knees when you land to absorb impact. Don't get frustrated if you dont get it the first time it took me a couple months to get good at an ollie.

okay, it takes a lot of practice. i would recommend practicing it stationary first. stomp with your back foot and slide your front foot forwardon the board. the quicker you do the slide, the better the ollie. it's kind of like an elastic reaction. the sliding of your foot will negate the stomp and cause the board to get off the ground. good luck.
