Considering a freshly made pizza and the same pizza that has been frozen, what is the nutritional difference between the two?

frozen food tends to have tons of sodium in it - not the worst thing in the world but not the best either...

Well whatever you do don't eat frozen meat. But if it's something like fruit or veggies i think it would be ok. About the pizza question i have no clue. Just curious why you wanna eat a raw pizza?

Well think about it ..... freshly made-greasy oil
if its frozen then must take the oil out so it would probely be healthyer but i dont know ...have a great day!

I dunno if there is a difference..one just tastes better..unless the one in the frezzer has frezzer burn..then it might be unhealthy
