Well first of all, how do you KNOW him? Do you like him or just think hes attractive? If never talked to him you should try to figure out a way so you can be with him, [go to the movies when hes going and wear somethign that will make you stand out, not anything too revealing though] then start talking to him. if its ment to be itll happen.if its not.. it wount.

Send him a copy of your birth certificate. And let me know if that works, cuz there are a few ladies I would like to try it on.
