I'm 5'4 and I weigh 100lbs, I work out some mostly in home walking videos, I eat a lot a night but not much in the day, I've never been above 101 lbs in my life, and I'm 18 is this ok?

I would say you are just fine, if anything maybe a tad underweight. Now I'm not a doctor and I have no clue what you look like, but I would say that you are pretty normal for your height.

I would look at a body mass index. I got information from this one:
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/

Height: 5 feet, 4 inches
Weight: 100 pounds

Your BMI is 17.2, indicating your weight is in the underweight category for adults of your height. Talk with your healthcare provider to determine possible causes of underweight and if you need to gain weight.

BMI Weight Status
Below 18.5 Underweight
18.5–24.9 Normal
25.0–29.9 Overweight
30.0 and Above Obese

Before you listen to a body mass index, you should also look at your body type. Body types often get different results. Your best bet is talking to a doctor.

It sounds like you are underweight, you need to eat something, where are you from. If you lived in the south that would be considered sickly.

I would say you're a bit on the thin side. Don't lose anymore weight. We'll have trouble finding you.

You seem a bit light for that height.
