If you had sufficent money to by every permutation of numbers what would you're average return on investment be given that you should receive a fair few 3 matches etc. Would you make money or loose out also conscidering that 50p in every ticket you buy would add to the prize fund.

It would depend on the jackpot. The jackpot varies with rollovers, and the top prize varies with ticket sales also. So your return would be a lot better on some weeks than others.
