shes all i think about. i know she did like me, she told me she liked me more than i knew, she was just scared and we havent hung out in about a month. i dont think she wants a relationship but she is all ive been thinking about for a few months and im not sure if she really knows how i feel. i was wondering if i should still tell her how i feel for her but will it scare her or make it seem like im pushing for a relationship? i just saw her hanging out with some other guys and it made me realize how much i really do care for her and i dont know if i should tell her or not. if i should, how?

I think that you need to go with the flow.
If you tell her how you feel about her, that is just complete honesty with her, which is what needs to happen. You're not pushing for anything, you're just letting her know how much you care.
Honesty is the best policy, because, I know it is harsh to think, but the worst she could say is something like "No." Yeah, it is true...when someone says No to you it hurts a lot, but it is a whole lot better than her keeping her feelings from you and eventually letting you down, because that hurts even more.
And plus, if she told you she cares about you, then she'll probably be glad that you want to be with her too!!

I would definately tell her before some other guy comes along. If nothing happens, then you know to move on. Just tell her you still have feelings for her and ask her how she feels about things. Sounds to me like she's leaving you hanging on while she lives her life. I'd tell her just so I would know and wouldn't have to wonder about it.

Valentines day is coming up and you could be her secret valentine. She wouldn't have to know it was you at first but then is she found out and you did something really romantic then she could possibly want a relasionship with you. Also she might just be wanting to make you jelious so you will ask her out if she already told her how she felt who knows.

You should do what my husband did, years ago. Take a lock of her hair and bind it with dandelion stems, tightly so that no strands will come apart from the binding. Keep it in your mouth from dusk until dawn, one fortnight before the vernal equinox. Just before removing the lock from your mouth, chant these words, solemnly "acceptus meretricis pro eo habitus gratulor". Take the lock of hair to her and tell her what you have done. She will be brought to tears by your intense expression of love and commitment to the relationship, and will never forsake you for the rest of your days. Godspeed.

You should tell her but if she hangs out with other guys ALOT
then she doesn't like you.Do you mostly have lots of money
and buy her lots of things? If you do,then she just wants you
for your money. And if you REALLY like her, then you should
tell her,"Hey,I like you...But I don't wanna scare you or push
for a realationship.I just wanted to you to know how I feel about
you."

If you haven't seen her for a month anyway you have little to lose by telling her how you feel. You don't need to be intense or pressurise her, be prepared for the worst but hope for the best. Good Luck.

Never miss an opportunity like this one! She is thinking about you too and wondering why you have been avoiding her. You have to let her know.

Tell her! Tell her! Tell her!

It could be a year and not too late. It's only too late if she has found someone else and married them.

Confront her about this situation. You like her, but it doesn't come out until you see her with other males. Jealousy, perhaps?

Tell her you like her, hopefully things will workout.

Goodluck!
