My new LCD TV interferes with my old CRT tv's in the house?

I have just moved back into my old house, and my top spec samsung HD tv is causing all the old tv's on the same floor to have a series of white lines parade constantly acorss the screen. i;ve tried sheilding the wall and the ariel cables in the other rooms with silver foil, but it doesnt have much effect. any suggestions?

This looks more like a power-circuit noise problem.
Are all TVs on the same circuit? If yes, try to split them (if possible)

Are your TVs properly grounded? Make sure all TVs and aerial antennae are properly grounded.
