My house burned down and you can see where it has weels under it but my dad says it cant go down the road.

it is probably too wide to tow without a permit
most mobile homes ar 12' or wider and most places you are limited to 8.5' without wide load signs and such

Ask your dad, since he said it. Perhaps there is an ordinance on the books in your town about hauling burned houses on city roads.

It sounds like a trailer home that has been disassembled, or that your house had been moved there at some time before you had it, perhaps. Sorry to hear it burned down. Hopefully you had insurance on it. Best of luck.
