how can I change my settings in office?

so that all windows open with list view, and that word always opens with my favourite font? Thanks, this will save me time every time I open the programs!

To set the default font click on the Format menu and choose Font. There is an option in there to set the default font.

For list view. Go into "My Computer"
Double-click c:\
Click View | List or Details
Click on View | Folder Options
Click on the View tab in Folder Options
Click the "Apply to All Folders" button
