The teacher was right to be suspended. Not because she exacted corporal punishment, but to have a student lower their pants is sexual harrasment at the very least. What she was wearing is irrelevant.

In your neighboring state of Mississippi, corporal punishement is still used in schools, both public and private. As a parent you can "opt out" of having your kid punished in this way, but it just means they get expelled a lot faster.

While the boys are wearing skirts yes, simpley because a boy is wearing a skirt. While the mother is wearing a skirt, no cause what ever they did is not worse than him wearing a skirt.

If it's meant to be some sick sexual thing, no. If a mother is spanking her son as a form of punishment, I believe she has that right as spanking is not a crime.

no..thats real messed up, i read a long time ago that when i child is spanked on the bottom it can sometimes be confused with sexual aggression, later in life seriously messing up a person, try a time out corner or something.
