You would think and hope it was English....it might still be, but Spanish is pulling up fast, followed by Indian.....
We need to Officially and Legally make English the only true language of the United States.
I don't need directions or ingredients in 9 languages.

Even though we do not have an "official" language, English is most widely known. Second most spoken language would be Spanish...

Good question...I bet Spanish is a contender for this because the automatic language...English...is a second language for a lot of the ethnic groups.

Lets face it...America is nothing if it is not a LOT of ethnic groups! LOL

English for the legal citizens, and spanish for the illegal citizens. English is the language of this country. You can go to almost any other country, even some farm town in a mountain in mongolia and find people who speak english. So how is it that illegal immigrants cant learn english?

accutualy, considering that most of the internet sites of Asia are hosted in the US, chinese is the most used language in the US, though not rigidly "spoken".
