I quit hanging around drunks long ago. They kill all the enjoyment for me. I've never been so High since I quit
partying. Alcohol and drugs make you "dead" to everything. No joy, no feeling for anything, nothing. Except that minute rush. And then you're a miserable hater the rest of the day.

keeping the tradition of Scottish "first foots"
we are going to a bread/butter party where we have made our own breads and bring exquisite butter, brew and talk about aulde lang's syne (days gone by) for olde tymes sake
I will be bringing short bread (very simple to make and traditional) as well as a wheat bread made of honey, nuts, oats and other whole grains to be amply slathered by real butter mixed with honey, or a combo of Nutela and peanut butter (hazelnut flavor) and chocolate delights
