I want to tone my arms and make them less flabby, but I don't want to build huge muscles and make them look bulky. Any good tips?

a good diet and cardio if you have fat there you have to lose.

if you just want to tone, you can do regular arm exercises for your biceps and triceps, but go for higher reps... 12-15 per set. That's more for toning and conditioning/endurance then muscle building (6-8). The middle range is for overall development, you get some size but some endurance as well.

Do weightlifting. But NO reps. Lift and then HOLD the weight for 60 seconds. To get maximum tightness, all over, keep your elbows bent, your knees bent, and bend over while holding the weight.
This makes the muscles hold the weight, not the bones.

you can go to cosmogirl.com and they are going to start having a Body Soul challenge or you can go get a Febuary issue of cosmo girl and they have like three or four pages on how to fix your eating habits without dieting the wrong way, how to make yourself fell better about yourself, and also to get your body in shape with out looking like a wrestler. Hope this helps. E-mail me your results at glamourgirl82694@yahoo.com

Lots of reps and low resistance will tone. Lots of resistance will build muscle.

take steriods but you don't have to do it, it can kill you.
or use dumb bells that are only like 2-5 pounds so that you will build up your arms and it doesn't make your arms too big.
