1. Slutty-looking girls everywhere.
2. Drug references.
3. Excessive depiction of his drunken adventures. I like a guy that knows how to have a good time, but he needs to have his feet on the ground.
4. Not wearing a shirt in any of his pictures = a guy that needs to get over himself.
5. Bad spelling and grammar! Maybe it's just me, but it makes me think the guy's stupid.
6. Pictures of cars, money, etc. everywhere. If a guy's that materialistic, he doesn't need friends.
7. Annoying pictures, flash animations, etc. that distract from the real intended content.
8. Don't try to be a "gangsta" or a "badass." It makes you look stupid.
9. Nudity. If a woman wants to see you naked, it shouldn't be before she gets to know you.
10. Complete the whole profile, give people a good idea of who you are, but still leave a couple things out so you can have a conversation without thinking "I already said that on my profile."
But most importantly - Be honest, and be YOURSELF!
(And getting out in the REAL world and meeting people doesn't hurt either...)

I don't know if there are ten that every woman will look for, but I can tell you things that I've heard are turn-offs for women who date online. You need to have a good, recent profile picture for one thing. If you don't look quite the way they like, they often won't consider you. If you're too short, that turns many of them away. Having children is a turn-off to most, although I suppose that there are many single mothers on there who might tolerate it. If you yap too much in your description, that can be a turn-off too.
But seriously, online dating sucks for men. The women are very often single mothers, or sluts, or fatties. Decent women get plenty of requests, so if you aren't PERFECT or damn close you probably won't have a chance. And those dating sites RARELY indicate when a profile is inactive, or when the member is a nonsubscriber who cannot reply to your messages. I think you would be better off just getting out more. Join a club, take a class, or volunteer for something. I think that will do you much more good than online dating. Good luck!
