7. How much does one know or comprehend after death?
"The living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun." "There is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest." Ecclesiastes 9:5, 6, 10. "The dead praise not the Lord." Psalms 115:17.
Answer: God says that the dead know absolutely nothing!
8. But can't the dead communicate with the living, and aren't they aware of what the living are doing?
Though millions think it is possible, the dead cannot communicate with the living.
"So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep." "His sons come to honour, and he knoweth it not; and they are brought low, but he perceiveth it not of them." Job 14:12, 21. "Neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun." Ecclesiastes 9:6.
Answer: No, the dead cannot contact the living, nor do they know what the living are doing. They are dead. Their thoughts have perished (Psalms 146:4).
9. Jesus called the unconscious state of the dead "sleep" in John 11:11-14. How long will they sleep?
Jesus calls death "sleep." It is a state of total unconsciousness.
"So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more." Job 14:12. "The day of the Lord will come ... in the which the heavens shall pass away."
2 Peter 3:10.
Answer: The dead will sleep until the great day of the Lord at the end of the world. In death, humans are totally unconscious with no activity or knowledge of any kind.
Short answer= NO!

I'm sure some people "believe" she is, but I know she is just another fraud like John Edwards, James van Praagh and that stupid woman the TV show "Medium" is based on. What she does is a form of entertainment that preys on people in distress and who are desparate. It is a very cruel con-game. She uses a combination of cold reading and warm reading techniques, and the irony is, she is not even very good at it. John "talk a mile a minute" Edwards, is much better at this stage magician trick.

Lots of info on these and other psychic con artists if you research the archives at James Randi's website. You will also find the Sylvia Browne Countdown Clock...how many weeks its been since she promised she would take James Randi' million dollar paranormal challenge.

Also go to YouTube and search for all her hilariously and sad WRONG guesses on Montel and Larry King....2 of the biggest media hacks responsible for her popularity.

you may have a brother, a sister, or you could be an only child.....

it doesn't take a psychic to see that people will at least try first, you ask for money up front, they could be dissappointed but you are now the richer

but I do believe in psychic powers, some of it is just being able to read the subtle signs like changing weather combined with your experiences

i am sure she is psychic ... as i believe we all are to a degree
i believe that she may speak with spirits ....
however i dont like her approach and attitude to what she does , and she seems very misinformed about many things attributed to spirit
i think she is an "OK" medium , who has made a name for herself
and exagerated a great deal

I think that she really knows only half the things she is saying, the other half she is just a good guesser.
