The note had some weird statements in it. At one points she said she likes to get "giggy with only niggy" and she "tea bags" but does not "toss salad" any more. I talk to my fishing buddy and he thinks she might be in a gang or talking about drug use. I am not sure if I should send her back to live with her mother by what I had read. If this isn't some kind of nasty excuse for a joke...
The language you are describing refers to a series of sex acts that no person with an ounce of self respect would engage in. ( part of what you describe seems to be about an inter-racial encounters, which by themselves are not offensive. Other terms and phrases refer to real sick stuff.
I'm pretty sure your question is fake, but if not... I am very sorry for your situation.

It seems your granddaughter is being very sexually active. I could tell you what these things mean(the things she wrote), but It's quite a bit content. All you need to know is she's doing quite a bit of sexual things. If she's young I'd advise you to do something about it.
