the easiest way is to get a tummy tuck, but is definatley not the best way. plus it's not permanent or worth the pain. i do 100+ crunches and bicycle sit ups in the morning and night every day and never eat junk food, and i have a pretty good 4 pack. There's no EASY way you just have to work at it little by little

you should make a schedule. like one day go out and jog ((when the weather is hot))for 20 minutes. then the next day 25 to 30 mins. and so on. or you could in your house, flip thru the channels and watch the fitness channel and do the exercises with them.
that is what i would do. if i have any other replys, i will answer again. <33

STEP 1:lie down on the floor with ur back straight and ur hands interlocked behind ur head.
STEP 2: Then bend your knees and bring ur legs up while scrunching ur abs in. inhale while doin dis.
(this is like a shell openin n closin)
STEP 3: bring down ur legs and torso while exhaling and releasing da tension in ur tummy.
STEP 4: repeat steps 1 thru 3 10 times per routine, thrice a day.

Try to eat only when you are hungry and only enough to no longer feel hungry not till you are full, and try to eat a balenced variety healthy foods.
there are also several exercizes that would help too but you said the easiest

Tons and Tons of Water
Tone and sculpt your center core
When you strength your core you have better posture which helps you hold up your torso on your body which gives you a leaner appearance
