forget him! he is silly not to have you. Allow yourself sometime to grieve about and move on. It's normal to feel sad and lonely, but gradually you need to pick up and carry on. Life is much more than that. You have family and friends who love you. Don't take it personally, sometimes people end a relationship for a lot of reasons, may be pressure, may be there is a change of aspirations. Whatever that is, take this as an experience, I'm sure you will find somebody who loves you and deserves your love.

I just wanted to die when I was dumped 15 years ago by my first love. I could understand it was tearful and heartbroken. Nothing can take the feelings of rejection away. But time does heal, and I have learnt to forgive him, partly because I have a loving husband. now we are good friends.

Happy new year.

i bet your filled with anger and hate and part sad and depressed! It always hurts when you get dumped but you just have to keep going on with your life no matter how mad or sad you are. And know that there is someone better out there for you! So, tonite you should go out and grab a guy, well hopefully a cute nice guy, but just gab him and party it up im not saying have sex im just saying like talk and stuff! im sorry for what happend to you, you can email me if you want to talk more about it! Good Luck buddy!

Be brave and go down the pub on your own - only make sure it's one local to you for safety. I used to do it when I fell out with my bloke and usually had a great time as everyone talks to you 'cos you're on your own. Make sure you stand near the bar though and don't hide yourself away in a corner. And try to make conversation with any group of girls you encounter for starters especially at the make-up mirror in the loos. It takes great bravery but it's worth it and you will have something to talk about to your mates when you do see them again --- GO FOR IT!

stay on here.
wind a few people up.
give a bit of advice, wanted or unwanted.
read some stories sadder than urs,
give advice and listen 2 ur own advice, just 4 once?
or get out there,
find the nearest new years party and gate-crash, make urself some new friends.
:)

I can feel for you. It must be hard. Try going out somewhere and just have a good time. Its not going to be easy and getting drunks wont solve the problem you will just get more emotional about it.
