I need help!! My brother got 2 giant drill bits, about 5 inches in diameter, the commercial bits that are used for going thousands of feet in the ground. He inserted money on each end of each bit. He then brought it to a metal place who froze the bits, then pushed them together with a 100 ton press! Then when it warmed up the metal expanded and reinforced. When I try drilling with metal drill bits, they snap. I can't heat it because the money will burn. Any ideas how I get in this impossible metal gift?

Heat the drill bit one end (not burning hot, just enough to make it expand) and chill the other end. One will expand, one will contract, and you should then be able to pull them apart with enough leverage.

Well, if your brother froze it up to enclose your money inside, then it can be a good idea to froze it again, and while frozen, try to open it with a big titanium drill bit in the aperture where the two drills "meet", but in a diagonal angle, so the money is not hurt.

Or try to locate Superman. He can take the money out for sure!! LOL

Good luck!! And, by the way, does the amount of money he is giving you worth the trouble? If not, you can keep the "hard shell safe" as a souvenir!! LOL

use lazer to cut it. if you give 2/3 of a bill the bank still recognize it as bill. so dont cut it from the middle, cut it little by little from the ends.
