hey I live somewhere with twice the rainfall of london on average so I hear that..
luckily we don't always feel like we HAVE to dress up to go out...sometimes we do. sometimes we don't...we choose for ourselves...
so if you wanna go out and you don't feel like dressing up - go for it, just tell everyone you are from oregon...
