self-discipline diet............fad diets are for the lazy because they don't want to spend the time to do a little homework. Drink a drink, eat a pill and they think it's all just wonderful. There are over 300 hundred diets and they all claim that they are scientifically proven to help you lose weight. Truth is they're all correct. You can lose pounds in just a few weeks. That's because they know that most people carry water weight and it's true you can lose pounds in just a few weeks. But what happens when you need to remove the fat, that's where they leave you hanging............they're designed for the lazy the un-disciplined.
