Schlege Primus and Medaco are high security. There are different grades of Schlege, so go with one called Primus.
Stay away from anything that is cheap or the prices seems too good to be true. If you want security, you're going to pay at least $100+ for a doorknob and $200+ for a deadbolt. It depends where you live and what you need it for. Are they for your front door??? Or just interior doors?
Use a locksmith though. You'll be paying a bit more, but good ones do the job right!
