I want to say 'Feliz Año Nuevo' - but I'm not sure how to say nuevo.
Also, is feliz pronounced "fay-lees"?

A says Ah- like ah that feels good
E says A- like in way
I says E- like in we
O says Oh- like in bow
U says OO- like in boo

Spanish is standardized and phonetic, so all words are pronounced as they are spelled
neuvo +> new eh bo (v is somewhere between and english v and b)
feliz +> fay leese

Nuevo is pronounced - new a (long) vo (long o)
Feliz is pronounced fe (like the first e in every) leez (z sound not s) (or like you hear in the Christmas song Feliz Navidad)

The tilde on the ano makes it anyo, fe (as in feather) not fey. Stress on the e in nuevo. Good on you for trying...bet you 're not English otherwise you would n't bother.They would just say it loudly and slowly in English.

Trust me, it's like this, I'm tired of hearing this on television and everywhere. The other pronunciations distinctly sound like an English person with an accent.
