Grilled, broiled or barbecued are all excellent.. Salmon is very good for you, because it contains fish oils. That also makes it easy to cook, because you don't need to add any extra fats for cooking, unless you are pan frying.
The standard rule for cooking fish, no matter what method, is to cook it for 10 minutes for every inch of thickness. This will leave it juicy, not dried out.
One of the most delicious methods is the way the native people did it. Planked salmon is fastened to a piece of cedar plank which has been soaked in water, and cooked over a fire. Scrumptious!

Probably the "healthiest" way to eat salmon, on all counts, is to steam it... makes it really moist and tender too. I don't even marinate it first often, just like it the way it is.
The cheap and easy way to steam without a steamer is to place a ceramic plate (smaller than your skillet) inside the skillet.
Pour water into the skillet till it just about comes up to the rim of the plate.
Place the salmon on the plate, and cover the skillet tightly.
Bring the water to a boil, then reduce heat and allow to "steam" inside the skillet for about 10 min per inch, or till it flakes and is no longer red in the middle.
(Depending on the type of plate you use, you may have to lift it a little higher off the bottom of the skillet to give more water room... when I do that, I use a stone "coaster," or just a couple of twisted logs of aluminum foil --don't want to scratch the skillet with anything you use if the skillet has a nonstick coating.)

Grilled is very good and healthy. I would also recommend buying wild salmon and not farm raised. You may also want to try the sockeye salmon which is much more meatier than the regular salmon.

Salmon is best when smoked. Just make sure you have a smoker and wood chips. Just choose Hickory or Mesquite or some other local favorite as the wood you use for smoking.

Grilled or broiled foods are always healthy because the fats in the food is allowed to be separated by dripping off.

Poached. Researchers have said that grilling and smoking foods causes cancer. Me, I don't care, I eat it anyway.
