Yeah, most likely she would like it, but it also depends on how you say it. Like during the conversation you can't be scoping out other girls (TRUST ME SHE'LL NOTICE) and if she likes you and she's single and looking for a guy most likely she spotted you already and may have been watching you long before her beauty caught your eye. So beware if you tried the same technique on ten other girls before you got to her.
Don't be too arrogant or conceited in your approach either, girls like to be complimented and feel like there's no strings attached, like saying thank you in response will suffice.
