I’m going to guess you meant “Can I get distant networks from satellite without the motor home exemption?”

You can’t get any distant networks from Dish Network. They got their hands slapped real hard by a judge in Florida.

You might get distant networks from DirecTV. You’re address (or P.O. Box – HINT – HINT) must be in a “White Area” to qualify.

Research your local “White Area” to see if you qualify.

Good Luck

Yes. BUT it depends on distance, atmosphere, and terrain.

A good antenna at the proper height should get you a quality signal.

I lived in Mexico for several years, and received a signal from San Antonio during the evening. A distance over 200 miles. I made a 4 element quad antenna cut to the proper frequency and up 60 ft. It was surprising with the right conditions where I could get signals from. Chicago, New York, even Europe once! DXing on TV reception was fun to say the least!!!
