Are you applying a shaving gel prior to shaving? After shaving use Cocoa Butter, or Shea Butter that should bring your skin tone back. In addition, use some type of moisture's on your skin nightly, to avoid dry skin, and potential bumps on your skin.

shaving tends to make ur skin darker...so use a lotion that makes dark spots go away...its a lightner! or do laser removal, or waxing!
