like the other answer says,,only the smart ones will, there's always the ones that think the can still drive as good drunk as they can sober,i live in a town full of them too,that's why I'm staying home ,good luck,happy new years.

Probably not. As an example, on the news this morning a Washington State Trooper found a car along the freeway, lights on, still running in gear, with a 28 year old male passed out behind the wheel. It didn't crash, just rolled to a stop. .2 on the meter once they got him awake.

Some people will stop and think and sadly the others will not.We can only wait untill the holiday is over to count the deaths for this years holiday season

Most will make arrangements, some will not. There have always been fatalities around this holiday and that is unlikely to change.
