I took it out to cook on Christmas and ended up not cooking it! Don't really want to cook it now, but don't want it to be ruined either. Need to know if it can be re frozen since it is fully cooked, or do the same rules apply as to uncooked food products.

Since its smoked and fully cooked it may be ok to refreeze. But youve had it out for a week now. If you refreeze it now and then defrost it again later...it wont taste good. Eat it or chuck it.
