in 180 AD He wanted to streamline Christianity into a single bible. He published a list of books that he considered to be herecy.

Why do you supposed he considered those books to be herecy? Maybe because they were not about controlling the masses.

No, I have not. The reason? He did not exist. I did research, and I couldn't find a single reference to a Bishop Uranus anywhere. What is more, he does not appear in the Catholic registry of bishops. Even if he'd lived in 180 AD, he would have been listed. Take a look yourself: http://www.catholic-hierarchy.org/bishop/ldu.html .
